Natural Cures Recommendations

Regular hair washing   Wash your hair often (three or four a week) to control the dandruff

Reduce stress  Certain skin conditions such as dandruff and acne are often made worse by stress.  If you are suffering stress, it is better get away from it by doing exercise and meditation.

Eat healthy foods such as whole grains, fresh vegetables, beans and fruit and eliminate animal proteins and highly acidic foods such as tomatoes and orange.

Avoid excess salt, refined sugar, and alcohol.

Avoid of potential allergenic food.

Use humidifier in you house.

Take B complex and E vitamin which may alleviate dandruff condition.

Avoid excessive use of hair sprays, styling gels and hair coloring which may irritate the scalp and may worsen dandruff.

Don't ignore dandruff.  If you do it, this condition may worsen and it may develop in a infection.

The sun can help. The ultraviolet light has an anti-inflammatory effect on scaly skin conditions but do not over exposure. You should wear the normal sunscreen and exposure only 30 minutes or less per day.

Massage it in. Massage can help but only use your fingertips.  If you use your nails, they can lead to sores that are worse than the dandruff.

Do not use beer as a rinse. If you use beer as a rinse and styling lotion, it may eventually lead to dandruff because beer is too dry.

Rinse well. Always rinse your hair very thoroughly. If you leave shampoo on your hair, it may cause dandruff.
